At Codam, your education is completely free. You don’t pay for classes, books, or computers. We do understand that a full-time study can still be financially challenging. You still need to pay rent, food, travel, or a health insurance.

If you’re concerned about finances, Codam can help. We offer monthly financial assistance and housing support for students who can show us they need it.

We believe that everyone deserves a chance to learn, no matter how much money they have. That’s why Codam has an Assistance Program — for students who need financial help during their studies.

What kind of help can Codam give you?

Our assistance program can help you during the Selection Piscine and after the start of your studies in our Curriculum.

During the Piscine

Joining our 4-week Piscine can mean you will miss out on income. That's why we can offer Piscine scholarships and travel assistance.

Piscine financial assistance

Up to €1000 scholarships. Limited availability.

Travel assistance. We offer monthly reimbursements for off-peak public transport subscriptions.

During your studies

If you get accepted into Codam, you can receive up to €700 per month to help with your living costs like rent, food, and transportation. We can also offer housing options.

Housing support from Codam

Interest free loan options

If you need more help, you can apply for an interest-free loan through our partner TechMeUp:

You can get a loan between €2,500 and €7,500
You’ll only pay back the loan after you find a job
You don’t have to pay interest and extra fees

You can apply for financial assistance if you:

Are between 18 to 30 years old
Live in the Netherlands
Come from a low-income background
Have a refugee background

While we wish we could support everyone, our funds are limited. We prioritize those with the greatest need who provide complete documentation.

How long until I know if my application is approved?

If you’ve submitted all required documents, we’ll process your application within 4 weeks.
